SATURDAY - Jan. 17th, 2004
7:30 AM - 1:30 PM Registration Open
7:30 AM Reveille
8:30 AM Morning reports due at US and CS Headquarters
9:00 AM Colors/Camps open to public - ALL vehicles out of camp until Sunday. Period activities begin.
9:30 AM US & CS overall commanders and their staffs meet on battlefield
10:00 AM Battalion drill
10:30 AM Registration for fashion show at Ladies Tea
11:00 AM Ladies Tea at Tent
12:00 Noon Pinellas Vintage l860's Base Ball Game
1:30 PM - 2:00 PM Company Commanders inspect weapons, give final strength reports. All late arrivals and independents report to respective US/CS Provost tent for inspection and assignments.
2:00 PM Units report to color line and move to starting positions
2:30 PM - 4:00 PM Battle
4:00 PM Medical scenario outside US camp
5:30 PM Camps closed to public
8:00 PM - 11:00 PM Blue Grey ball under tent.
SUNDAY Jan. 18th, 2004
8:00 AM - 1:00 PM Registration open.
7:30 AM Reveille
8:00 AM Morning report due at Adjutant's tent
9:00 AM Colors/Camps open to public. Church service
9:30 AM Overall US & CS commanders and their staffs meet at battlefield.
10:30 AM Period scenario - battalion drill
11:00 AM - 11:30 AM Company commander inspects weapons; Report to Adjutant.
1:15 PM Army formation on color line
1:30 PM Grand review
2:30 PM Battle
4:30 PM Camps closed to public
Alcoholic beverages on the grounds of the Sand Hill Boy Scout Reservation are strictly prohibited, any violation of this rule will be grounds for immediate removal from this years event.
